It's located along the water where you can see boats passing by and children play on their paddle boards. Enjoy your meal in the garden or on the stunning balcony, with awesome views!
The house has 2 parking places, but is also located nearby the tram stop, from where the tram takes you directly to Amsterdam Central Station (city centre). The tram and the tram stops are wheelchair accessible.
The house has the following accessibility features:
The house is located at Amsterdam IJburg. This district is located North-East of the city centre and located on the water. IJburg is located on new land. Amsterdam has started creating this new land since 1997 and in 2010. The 4 islands that currently represent IJburg were officially finilized in 2010, however people had been living there earlier.
IJburg is connected to Amsterdam city centre by tram line 26, which is also called the IJ-lijn. This tram takes people from the furthest point in IJburg to Amsterdam city centre in only 20 minutes.
When staying at this house on IJburg, it will take you 15 minutes to get to the city centre by tram.
The tram that can take you to Amsterdam city centre is accessible for people using a wheelchair or small mobility scooter. In the middle of the tram, you'll find the main entrance. You can either enter the tram directly, if there is a small space between the tram and the platform. If not, the driver will put down a ramp, so you can easily enter the tram. The same accounts for your arrival at Amsterdam Central Station. The platforms are spacious enough for people using a wheelchair or mobility scooter. The platforms can be accessed by ramps. Tram tickets can be bought in the tram or at the GVB shop at Amsterdam Central Station.
Tram 26 departs between 06:30 AM (morning) until 00:30 in the night.
