Besides walking through the beautiful old city centre with its canals, you will not get the full Delft experience unless you visit the Royal Delft. You will be brought to the Royal Delft with the private taxi. It is definitely worth a visit since it’s the last remaining Delft Blue earthenware factory from the 17th century. You will not only discover the ancient history of the factory and see a large variety of the Delftware collection, but you will also get to follow the production process of Royal Delftware. In fact: up to this day you will see craftsmen ánd a Royal Delft painter producing the Delftware by hand according to age-old traditions.
It is also possible to paint one of the products yourself during a workshop. Workshops are daily at 14:30, minimum of two persons. Contact us for more information.
