Wheelchair Accessible Airport Transfers

Book your wheelchair accessible airport transfer from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague or Keukenhof.

We organise wheelchair accessible transfers for people with limited mobility and their travel companions from and to Schiphol Airport. Transfers can be arranged with a variety of vehicles, such as taxi cars (Sedan) and wheelchair accessible vans.

* This table includes the total costs for the taxi tranfers (to and from your destination). In the booking proces, you will see the price per person, based on 2 participants. However, the total cost will remain the same as indicated above. There will be no additional costs during the booking process, except for possible Paypal or credit card costs. 

STA-desk Schiphol Airport

The meeting point with your driver at Schiphol Airport is the STA-desk (Schiphol Travel Assistance desk). This desk is clearly indicated on the signs in the arrivals hall. Look for the STA signs. When you arrive at the STA-desk, you announce your arrival at the desk. The driver also announces his arrival at the desk. The person at the desk will inform you when your taxi has arrived.

This STA - service is included in the above prices.

Booking process 

  1. Use the 'Booking Request' button to start the booking process. 
  2. Select the date of your first transfer and the number of people. You can include the date of departure later on.
  3. Add any additional services.
  4. Complete the contact form.
  5. Include the date of departure in the comments section. Also include your flight numbers and times. 
  6. Press send to submit your request and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

The division of space in the private taxi van is as followed:

  • 0 wheelchair users > 7 other passengers
  • 1 person with a wheelchair (needs 2 seats) > 5 other passengers
  • 2 people with a wheelchair (needs 4 seats) > 3 other passengers
  • 3 people with a wheelchair (needs 6 seats) > 1 other passenger

Space in vehicle with people using a mobiltiy scooter

  • 1 person with mobility scooter (needs 3 seats) > 4 other passengers
  • 2 people with a mobility scooter (needs 6 seats) > 1 other passenger

Combinations of wheelchairs and mobility scooters are possible.


Do you prefer staying seated in your wheelchair or can you not make a transfer to a fixed seat? According to the Dutch VVR-code you may only be transported in a wheelchair that meets the ISO 7176-19 standard, to be checked by the hook symbols on the frame of your wheelchair.

In case of doubt, you can find the information in the manual of your wheelchair or you can check this with the provider/supplier of your wheelchair.
Should your wheelchair not meet the ISO 7176-19 standard, then you are bound to individual transport. Please inform us in advance, so we can guarantee an accessible vehicle for you.

Terms and conditions

  • Please book as early as possible.
  • The prices are for the journey from Schiphol Airport to your destination and from your destination back to Schiphol Airport.
  • We provide the possibility to request airport transfers, however we can not guarantee any transfers right after you send the request. We will confirm the transfers by email as soon as possible.
  • We consider requests for the next 72 hours as 'last minute' bookings. We will try our best to book the transfers, but can not guarantee.
  • In case of a request send on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, please notify us also by telephone, so we are aware of your request immediately.
  • In case your flight is delayed, please call us when you are still at the airport of departure. If this is not possible, please ask someone else to call us or call us right after you have arrived at Schiphol Airport. As such, we can reschedule the taxi.
